Bob’s team members describe him as instrumental, solution-minded and focused. Here are just a few of the glowing reviews on Bob and his incredible contributions to his team.

“He brings a positive, solution-minded attitude every day, without exception. Bob is a true rock star and we owe a huge thanks to him for going above and beyond for the brand.”
“He [has] an extreme sense of urgency and is always willing to provide a helping hand.”

Heading into his fourth year with the brand, Bob continues to be a valued and integral member of the team due to his service minded attitude and extraordinary contributions. Below, Bob shares his thoughts on this recognition and offers advice for aspiring restaurant managers and beyond.

What does being named Team Member of the Quarter mean to you?

It means a lot to me, especially since as an FBC, we tend to work alone in the field. It [is] great to know that other people appreciate what you do.

What do you think made you successful in your career?

Education and basic knowledge were critical in the beginning, but through the years being open to take on new challenges and learn new skills has proven to be the most helpful.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Helping to develop a team member in either their current role or advancing to a new one.

How do you Serve the World Flavor in your role at Wingstop?

By continuing to help and support the teams in the restaurants that interact with our guests on a daily basis.

After nearly 25 years of experience in management, what advice would you give to someone who wants to pursue a career in management?

My philosophy has always been to do the best job I could at whatever level I was at, and not worry about the next step. If you are doing a great job, your commitment and contributions will be noticed and the next level will come.

And we had to ask, what is your favorite wing flavor?

Louisiana Rub!
