Celebrating Black History Month Join us in celebrating our Black brand partners, team members and guests during the month of February!

Thanks in part to The Civil Rights Movement and growing awareness of Black identity, the month of February was officially designated as Black History Month in 1976. Celebrated annually here in the United States, as well as other countries around the world, Black History Month is a time for recognizing the central role Black Americans have played in history. Every year, a specific theme for Black History Month is endorsed. This year, we’re honoring the theme, “Black Family: Representation, Identity and Diversity.”

Just as our wings come in many flavors, we believe our people come to us with many stories. So, this month and every month, we celebrate the differences that enrich our relationships at work. To many workplaces, this principle comes to life as a set of core values. To us, it’s personal. At Wingstop, it’s a matter of simply being authentically ourselves and living the Wingstop Way. So, join us throughout Black History Month as we celebrate what it means to Be Yourself With Us at Wingstop; plus, get to know our team as we unbottle the richness of their diverse perspectives and backgrounds to listen to and share their stories.
