Every quarter, we honor team members who go above and beyond in their role each day. These exceptional individuals represent our values and work hard to make Wingstop great. Cesar Corona, district manager, was recently named Team Member of the Quarter for Q4 2020 and continues to prove why he’s an invaluable asset for the company.

We sat down with Cesar to ask a few questions about his experience at Wingstop.

What attracted you to Wingstop when you first started?

I was immediately drawn to the culture and the growth opportunities with the brand.

What does being recognized as TMOQ mean to you?

It is a huge privilege and honor, especially considering the amount of top-tier talent we have within the organization. I am truly humbled to be recognized by my supervisor and peers.

What do you believe has made you successful in your career?

I think some things that I pride myself on are my consistency, the hunger to continue to learn, adapting to change, and being willing to take on extended responsibilities.

 How do you Serve the World Flavor in your role?

In my role I get the privilege to work with and develop our in-restaurant talent. My passion is investing in people and making sure they are successful in both their personal and professional lives.

What do you attribute as your most valuable accomplishment at Wingstop?

I pride myself in the ability to be a team player and embrace change!
