Q: What attracted you to Wingstop when you first started?
A: I was really drawn to the creative opportunities. Wings allows for unlimited flavor options. If you can dream it, you can put it on a wing.
Q: What does being TMOQ mean to you?
A: It really reaffirms that Wingstop values innovation and creativity. The brand really encourages an entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box approach and rewards you for that type of thinking.
Q: What do you believe has made you successful in your career?
A: I never settle for the easy or obvious. I always try to look at things through a different lens to discover a perspective that others might not see.
Q: How do you Serve the World Flavor in your role?
A: For me, Serving the World Flavor is quite literal! As guests eats any of the menu items we produce, they are experiencing the result of multiple concepts, trials, and iterations that were inspired by trends around the globe.
Q: What do you attribute as your most valuable accomplishment at Wingstop?
A: I’ve been agile over the last couple of years to ensure that Wingstop never skipped a beat during the ever-changing environment.
Q: Lastly, what is your favorite sauce flavor?
A: It’s hard to pick just one, but my main go-to flavors are Spicy Korean Q and Louisiana Rub.
