Q: What attracted you to Wingstop when you first started?
A: I was dazzled about the work environment, and the way Wingstop looks out for its team members.
Q: What does being TMOQ mean to you?
A: This recognition means a lot. It inspires me to continue giving my best effort each and every day.
Q: What do you believe has made you successful in your career?
A: Work ethic. Doing what it takes to excel in any given task has definitely made a difference.
Q: How do you Serve the World Flavor in your role?
A: Service is a must in my opinion. I’m always willing to go out of my way to help out a coworker in any way possible.
Q: What do you attribute as your most valuable accomplishment at Wingstop?
A: Trust. When I joined the company, I personally thought, it was imperative to earn it.
Q: Lastly, what is your favorite sauce flavor?
A: Tough question … Boneless Garlic Parmesan, with an oversized side of Mango Habanero sauce.
JAVIER AGUILAR

Q: What attracted you to Wingstop when you first started?
A: I was working in this office building for about five years before Wingstop relocated here. It was a blessing when the facilities manager asked me to join the team.
Q: What does being TMOQ mean to you?
A: It is motivation to keep doing my job to the best of my ability.
Q: What do you believe has made you successful in your career?
A: I always try to set my goals in the long, medium, and short term. I learned from my father that no matter how long the distance, step-by-step, the goal can always be achieved.
Q: How do you Serve the World Flavor in your role?
A: By being the small drop of oil that lubricates the gears of this great machine called the Wingstop Global Support Center.
Q: What do you attribute as your most valuable accomplishment at Wingstop?
A: My most valuable accomplishment at Wingstop is taking care of every small detail to make everyone feel comfortable and help them stay focused on their jobs.
Q: Lastly, what is your favorite sauce flavor?
A: OG Hot – No doubt about it!
