What It's Like To Work At
I feel empowered to make decisions that help better the brand and am never held back from reaching my goals. The “open door” mentality from our leadership team provides me a sense of confidence that the entire brand not only has the company’s best interest at heart, but more importantly the entire team, no matter role or responsibility!
As a brand, Wingstop has helped me develop into the district manager that I am. I support the brand's values and enjoy developing other team members in the restaurants to shift leaders and managers. I feel and see how Wingstop values all team members, and I really appreciate that.
Every Monday through Friday, I wake up and I'm excited to go to work. No day is ever boring and I'm constantly challenged and inspired. I'm able to see firsthand the business growing daily, which motivates me to work harder and strive for excellence.
