  • What is your title?
    • Director of Delivery
  • What team are you on?
    • Operations – Channel Strategy
  • When was the first time you tried Wingstop, and what did you think?
    • About 10 years ago. I liked it, but I wasn’t sold on the chicken until I had the fries.
  • What is your favorite thing about Wingstop, and what first attracted you to working here?
    • I absolutely love the culture. While interviewing, I was introduced to so many people that all seemed to have their own story but shared a passion for the brand. I love the fact that people come from all walks of life and are still afforded the opportunity to thrive.
  • What is your favorite thing about your role, and what made you want to get into that field?
    • I love that my team extends beyond the organization chart. Since my line of business is web-based, I get to be an advocate for every guest and Wingstop team member. Ecommerce is the great equalizer. It doesn’t care about how you look, who you know, or why you believe you should be there – all that matters is that you provide an optimal user experience. I love that it can always be improved upon and there is always something shiny and new to consider. It never gets stale, which allows me to continue to grow.

    • I would run a Youth and Young Adult 501-C3 for young ladies that need to be reminded of their intrinsic worth and the value that they bring to the world.
  • If your life was a movie, who would play you?
    • Maybe Issa Rae or Regina Hall.
