Karol Monge, Sr. Trainer, Brand Standards, was recently named Team Member of the Quarter and continues to prove why she’s an invaluable asset for the company.

We sat down with Karol to ask a few questions about her love for our product, the brand and her path to success at Wingstop.
What attracted you to Wingstop when you first started?
I started back in 2008 and immediately saw that this was a brand on the rise. It had a very family-oriented culture and still does today!
What does being recognized as TMOQ mean to you?
I am so grateful for this recognition, it means so much to me. I feel so blessed to be working with such an amazing team and company.
What do you believe has made you successful in your career?
I have a deep-rooted passion to give whatever I am working on my all. I strive to be service-minded in all that I do, and I take pride in helping people learn and grow.
How do you Serve the World Flavor in your role?
In my role I get the privilege to meet many of our great brand partners, team members and vendors. I try to bring value to all partnerships and hope that I can make a difference for others every opportunity I get.
What do you attribute as your most valuable accomplishment at Wingstop?
After performing QSC’s for five years as a Sr. Regional Operations Consultant and then being given the opportunity to lead the transition to an updated QSC and through third-party vendor transition really feels like I came full circle. I am very passionate about our brand standards and being given the opportunity to drive change in our organization feels great.
Lastly, what is your Wingstop flavor?
It is a 50/50 tie between Original Hot and Lemon Pepper but I am team all flats, well-done all day!
